Frequently Asked Questions

A1: All necessary kayaking equipment is provided for your Brady-Yaks Eco Tour, including life jackets and paddles. We recommend that you bring along your own water and a towel for the duration of the tour.

A2: Yes, the minimum age for participating in a Brady-Yaks Eco Tour is 5 years old. Unless approved by guide. All participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

A3: Refunds are offered ONLY if tours/rentals are canceled due to weather. 

A3: If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us at least 24 hours before your tour start time. Cancellations made after this time are not eligible for a refund.

A4: Brady-Yaks Eco Tours are 2 hours long.

A5: We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your Eco Tour.

A6: Brady-Yaks Eco Tours include a guided tour of the local nature reserve, as well as a safety orientation, and the use of provided kayaks and other necessary equipment.
